CHALLENGE
As the largest hospital operator in the world, HCA Healthcare must ready itself for the age of AI, and set a clear strategic course for digital transformation.
ACTION
I drove the creative vision for the hospital room of tomorrow, as well as an AI nurse persona. We then created a future magazine with inspirational stories about this work as showcase for executives.
RESULT
After being socialized at the C-suite level, the first multimillion-dollar projects were kicked off, and are currently being developed and rolled out across the organization.
