HCA Healthcare AI Readiness

CHALLENGE
As the largest hospital operator in the world, HCA Healthcare must ready itself for the age of AI, and set a clear strategic course for digital transformation.

ACTION
As the creative lead for the engagement, I drove the vision for the hospital room of the future, as well as the AI persona that would live as the key interface for patients. We then created a future magazine with inspirational stories as showcase and selling tool for executives.

RESULT
After being socialized at the C-suite level, the first multimillion-dollar projects were kicked off — including an AI nurse prototype with Google — and are currently being developed and rolled out.
